From March 14th to 16th, 2018, Semicon China 2018 was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center.
Our company showcased its latest products in semiconductor IC integrated circuit test systems, Discrete test systems and laser marking systems. Including: QT-9000, the first independently developed ultra-large-scale integrated circuit test system in China, QT-8200/8100 digital analog mixed-signal IC test system, QT-6000 and QT-4100 test platforms for discrete device test systems, and fully automatic IC printing detection system QH-APV5090 and other advanced equipment.
